    Exploring Hands-on Creativity through Performance

    A two-day workshop, Act & Connect: Creative Discovery, led by Prasanth Murali, a film actor, recognized for his versatile acting and contributions behind the scenes in the film industry, drew aspiring students and encourage their creativity. The event organized by the Multimedia Department at Yeldho Mar Baselios College on October 9-10, 2025, offered hands-on acting exercises, monologue coaching, and collaborative storytelling sessions. Prasanth shared practical insights into on-camera presence, audition strategies, and maintaining authentic performance under pressure. Participants engaged in scene work, improvisation, and near-film set simulations, receiving constructive feedback. The event culminated in student showcases, highlighting innovative narratives, technical skill growth, and a shared passion for media art.
