    "Step into the future of animation and visual effects with the transformative power of Generative Al (Gen Al) and Large Language Models (LLM)."

    The Department of Animation and Visual Effects, in association with Unique World Robotics, successfully conducted NXT EFFECTS-an exclusive workshop for Final Year Animation & VFX students-on 04 December 2025 at Yeldo Mar Baselios College. The session was led by Ms. Niya C Anto, a renowned Al Trainer and Al Technology Educator, who provided expert insights into the revolutionary impact of Generative Al (Gen Al) and Large Language Models (LLM) on the animation and visual effects industry. Participants engaged deeply with emerging technologies that are redefining creative storytelling and visual innovation. This workshop offered a valuable opportunity for students to enhance their technical skills and broaden their creative horizons, positioning them to contribute effectively to the evolving landscape of animation and VFX. It exemplified the college's commitment to integrating the technology with traditional artistic disciplines, fostering the next generation. Students expressed their enthusiasm about the practical knowledge acquired, highlighting the workshop's role in expanding their creative and technical capabilities.
