The Department of Interior Design presents' Focus Force', an inspiring session on creativity and well-being was held on 2 July 2025, 10:00 AM, at Tagore Theatre, Yeldo Mar Baselios College. We were honored to have Ms. Lakshmi Girish Kurup as our esteemed resource persons, an internationally certified counsellor and parenting coach. With over two decades of global experience, she empowers individuals through mindfulness and positive psychology. The session empowered students to spread awareness about mental health, self-care and explore practical strategies to enhance emotional intelligence to foster a positive mindset within creative environment.
