The Department of Interior Design proudly presents PATANG 2025, a three-day painting exhibition celebrating vibrant expressions and artistic imagination from November 7 to 9, 2025, between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM at the Kerala Lalithakala Akademi Art Gallery, Kottayam, and experience the visual harmony shaped by young creative minds of Yeldo Mar Baselios College. The event was inaugurated by the renowned artist Mr. Sujathan, whose works have profoundly influenced contemporary visual practice in Kerala. The exhibition features the artistic contributions of promising students who have distinguished themselves through conceptual clarity and technical mastery in visual expression. Their works serve as a foundational interior design principles-such as harmony, contrast, scale, and sustainable material usage-can be translated into two-dimensional art. This thematic focus aligns with the department's goal to cultivate design literacy that transcends conventional architectural boundaries and inspires an expanded visual dialogue within the art community.
