    “Step into the Spotlight Live Ad Film Shoot in Action!”

    Spirit of Cinema - Season 2: Ad Film On-Set Experience" was an event organized by the Department of Multimedia at Yeldo Mar Baselios College on 19th November 2025. It offered students a live, real-world experience of making a commercial advertisement under the guidance of acclaimed filmmakers Phantom Praveen and Raju Abraham. The ad film shoot featured the model Anna Prasad, who is a well-known Indian dancer, choreographer, actress, and digital content creator. This workshop provided a unique opportunity for students interested in filmmaking and advertising to witness and participate in a professional ad film production. The filmmakers organised a team set up professional equipments including cameras, lighting, editing, color grading, sound design, and visual effects enhancements to create a polished, engaging ad film. Voiceovers, music, and graphics are integrated to complete the storytelling. This hands-on workshop allowed students to witness and participate in each step, from planning and casting through to live shooting and post-production insights, gaining valuable professional filmmaking and advertising experience.
