With 40 talented students showcasing their passion for film, the event underscored the college's commitment to fostering immersive, hands-on experiences in cinematic storytelling. The competition spotlighted exceptional entries that captured the essence of blockbuster films. C S Angelina from VFX 4th Sem Batch A clinched first place with a mesmerizing portrayal from "Lokha", embodying fierce supernatural strength and visual effects mastery. The second prize went to the dynamic group "Thala and Gang" from 3rd Year Multimedia-Josin Siby, Kevin Saji, Anandu Kannan, Hanas H, Shefin Shafi, Joel T Jayal, and Abhinav Ciju-recreating the unbreakable camaraderie of Chotta Mumbai's Vasco da Gama crew led by the charismatic Thala. Abhijith V A from Final Year Interior Design secured third with a bold "Trance" inspired look, highlighting hypnotic design elements and character depth. Cash prizes added thrill to the festivities, with the first prize of ₹5000 sponsored by the Film Club itself. Obscura Entertainment backed the second prize of ₹3000, while Gridbox Productions supported the third prize of ₹1500, reflecting strong industry partnerships in multimedia and production. These awards not only rewarded creativity but also motivated participants to bridge academic learning with professional cinematic production.
