    Yeldo Mar Baselios College's Placement Cell successfully hosted the transformative Art & Design Seminar: Unlock Global Design Horizons on December 16, 2025.The event focused on aspiring artists, designers, animators, and multimedia professionals to explore international career opportunities. It featured expert guidance from Study O' Clock, renowned for over 25 years of honest study-abroad counselling under their motto, The Right Guide at the Right Time. The session shone brightly with contributions from two distinguished resource persons. Ms. Aparna Deshpande from Norwich University of the Arts, UK, shared real-world perspectives On UK-based art and design programs, emphasizing portfolio techniques that bridge Indian creativity with international standards. Complementing her was Mr. Asok Sadan, Director of Study O' Clock, who drew from his 25+ years of experience to demystify applications, funding options, and post-study work visas across Europe, the US, and beyond. Their interactive presentations covered high-demand programs, industry trends like remote freelancing, and practical tips for career launches, sparking dynamic Q&A sessions and one-on-one networking. Participants left empowered with actionable takeaways, including global opportunity mapping, application mastery, and insider strategies for creative success abroad. Final-year students and young professionals praised the seminar for its relevance, with many reporting immediate next steps like portfolio revisions and university shortlists.
